contrary to a belief, i started webweaving really late (around 2021-22), because earlier I lived under the belief that HTML is super hard (it is not, go learn it!) - and thus was stuck to website generators like Carrd which I now despise with every fiber of my being.

i've had contact with computers almost my entire life, learning how to type at 3 before i learned handwriting at all. all thanks to being unsupervised unless relatives needed to powertrip over a child me.

and yet, i am very far from a technical person. i am very much on the side of normies, i can't code or repair hardware or anything. go throw tomatoes at me.

but i appreciate computers from an aesthetic standpoint.

besides computers, i (obviously) do art. starting with pencil and paper, i made the switch to digital art as soon as possible.
for reasons unknown, i just despise doing traditional art and suck at it. digital tools ftw.

i started with ms paint, quickly switched to paint tool sai, as it was a very popular thing back in 2010s. and now, swearing i will never use it, i use clip studio paint.

i only had 3 tablets in my life: first one being a wacom one s, quickly becoming my behated as it was really small. then, after finally dying, it was time for an xp-pen star g960s. it was much bigger, but at some point it was also problematic. it had no screen.
i gave it to a friend, and with saved money i have bought my currently-owned xp pen artist 12 (speaking of, xp-pen stuff has a much better quality-to-price ratio than wacom)

despite all that, and as a digital artist i have to say - fuck ML and generative LLMs/AI that have crawled into our society, not only producing shit that has no value, is ugly; but also feeding off of decades if not centuries of human creativity, destroying our environment and trying to disguise itself in the coat of righteous.
